How does it work?
- Each player in your team will be required to download the Teampay app, set up a Teampay account, link their debit or credit card and join your team using the unique team code.
- You will no longer need to pay your team sheet fee at the stadium prior to your match, all you will need to do is confirm your players and process their payment via the app.
- Once each payment has been confirmed, the total amount will be sent to the club and passed onto Kilsyth.
When can I make payment?
You can make payment for the team at anytime. Once you know who is playing, you can log in and process the payment. Often team managers will pay a day in advance or the morning of competition, it’s really up to you.
How do I know payment went through?
Once you hit confirm and payment processes, make sure to keep your app open until the payment approval screen appears. Check that you have green ticks next to everybody’s name. If there is a payment still owing, it will display down the bottom.
How long does the process take?
It should only take 2-3 minutes to do the whole process from logging in to confirmation of payment.
