From the commencement of the Summer 2018/19 Season, the club will apply the following Refund Policy to all requests for refunds of Player Membership Fees:
A refund will only be issued or fees carried forward to the next season if:
- a registration has been paid twice in error, or
- a player becomes ill or injured on a long term basis before the next season starts but after payment is made, or
- a player occurs an injury, or
- a player changes their mind (and has paid) but the registration due date has not passed, or
- The family are experiencing financial hardship (as advised by the coordinators) and a player changes their mind and the registration due date has passed, or
- At the discretion of the committee
A refund will not be issued or fees carried forward to the next season if:
- a player changes their mind (and has paid) and the registration due date has passed, or
- a player becomes ill or injured for a long period of time and more than half the season has elapsed, or
- a player moves away and cannot play anymore and the season has started
